Ed doesn’t have the same energy in You Need Me, I Don’t Need You like he used to

This song is probably my favourite live-song of all time. Back in the days (2008-2013), he used to include different mashups all the time with other artists, which made each live-show unique.

Today, he plays the same version all the time. Not only that, the energy is far from being the same. It’s more spoken-words than before, less energetic etc.

Anyone know why that is? Age? Copyright reasons? As said, I love that song. But let’s be honest and say that it isn’t the same as it was in 2012. With the iTunes festival version, The Live Room and more.
