i hate when enby characters (ESPECIALLY kris) are taken as too masculine or too feminine.
As a non-binary person who is femme, this drives me insane. Non-binary does NOT automatically mean strict, perfectly neutral androgyny. We can express ourselves however we want.

But whenever someone draws Kris in a dress, feminine clothes, or even explores an AFAB dynamic in fanfics, there’s always that one person in the comments going: "Wait, Kris is a boy right?.." or "Isn't Kris a girl?"

and fuck It pisses me off so much. It's like people's brains completely short-circuit the second an enby character leans into a specific gender expression. They immediately try to push them back into a box. Kris uses they/them. They are non-binary. Wearing a dress or an armor doesn't change that, and I'm exhausted of that fucking erasure.
