Anyone else with blue/white lips

Ok so I need to wear some color on my lips when I go outside as I don't want to scare people. My lips are blue and/or whiteish. Corpse-like.

Does anyone else have this? Could it be because of our olive coloration or am I just dead inside?

My blood oxygen levels are normal, checked that plenty of times. My ferritin is low, maybe that causes this. Also this is most noticeable when I'm cold or hungry.
