Deal packs for free! (in exchange for feedback)

Hey all! We're two young individuals trying to break into Property sourcing in the UK, currently researching how deal-packs get put together (comps, rents, SDLT, yield, all of it)

To really understand this, we want to build live deals completely FREE. If you've got something, send it over and we'll put together the full pack for it (Land Registry comps, live rents, correct SDLT, computed yield, everything sourced).

All we ask in return is feedback!! (and potentially mentoring;) )
