First PC build - Is Ryzen 7 7700 + RTX 5070 the right choice for gaming and Premiere Pro?

Hi guys.

This is my first time buildung pc. I've done my works by my laptop but I could notice my laptop is gonna explode soon. And my pc built for league of legeend 7 years ago. Now it's way too low for any other games like battleground or steam games.

I'm planning to use this PC for:

PUBG, Call of Duty, and other Steam games

Photoshop & Illustrator

1080p/4K Premiere Pro video editing (possibly After Effects in the future)

General multitasking

Budget:

$2,100 (about ₩3,100,000)

Country:

South Korea

Build:

Ryzen 7 7700

MSI RTX 5070 Ventus 2X 12GB

MSI PRO B650M-A WiFi

32GB DDR5-5600 (2×16GB)

WD Black SN850X 2TB

FSP VITA GD 850W Gold

I'm not a professional editor, but I want this PC to last 5–7 years.

Is the Ryzen 7 7700 enough for my use case, especially if I'm editing videos while multitasking?

Would you keep the RTX 5070, or would you change it?

Would you change anything else while staying around the same budget?
