9070 XT Performance Issues With WoW

I recently picked up a 9070 XT on a pretty decent sale at MicroCenter after my 5070 started glitching (the 5070 is going in for warranty service, I am planning to throw it in my daughter's PC when it comes back). I did use Display Driver Uninstaller to get all the nVidia stuff out of here before installing AMD drivers.

Running a 7800X3D and 16 RAM, as well as the 5070.

Anyway. I have WoW capped at 163, my monitor is 165Hz and 1080. The 5070 was pretty solid right around 165 at all times with graphics set to 10 out of 10, except for the hub cities in the most recent expansions, where it could dip down to 50 here and there. I didn't really futz with anything in the nVidia software.

The 9070 XT is allll over the place in WoW. A similar dip in hub cities, which I expected, but just out in the open world it seems to cycle rapidly anywhere from 60-165, sometimes hovering in the 70s and 80s for extended periods of time. I guess I'm a little naive, but I had been expecting at least similar performance to the 5070, given the 9070 XT is a more powerful card.

Looks like I'm on "Global Experience" in the Adrenalin software. I haven't found anything concrete in searching about optimal Adrenalin settings, anyone have any ideas?
