Your IDEAL "Girth Work To Stimulate Stalled Length Gains" Routine. (Closing the BPSFL to BPEL Gap)

NSFWQuestion

As the title says.

In the P.E. space, we tend to parrot strong theories for gains. Among the most popular is "If you're BPSFL is growing but your BPEL is stuck... DO A METRIC SHIT TON OF RECOVERY PUMPING". (that was a u/karlwikman quote. ๐Ÿ˜œ )

OK, great. But I'm asking other guys (because it's what I'm going through now... what SPECIFICALLY would you do for girth work in order to help close the gap and get the BPEL moving.

For myself specifically... I've been attempting a length gain year.

  • BPSFL - February til now - has gone from 7.0625 to 7.375 (I'LL TAKE IT!)
  • BPEL has gone from 6.75" to 6.75" ๐Ÿ˜‚

So let's hear how you're using the mantra "Girth work to move the length gap" in real life practice. And if you're not actively doing exactly that - what would you build as a program / routine for someone looking to get the BPEL tires to stop spinning in the mud?

Frequency, pressure, days, breaks....etc.
