Two profiles??

Hi! I wanted to ask is it possible for me to have two profiles in mc. I have two internet personas to separate my private life from the more "public" one. I stream and do content creation and wanted to play some mc on twitch but i obviously dont want my private username to be shown in-game. Should i make a new MS account, link a second account to mine? Any help would be greatly appreciated ^^
