If you complain you
There is a simple rule: don't attach yourself to the outcome but focus on what you do.
The new generations (Gen Z and younger) become more weak and more superficial than the other generations. Of course, this is due to social media and dating apps, but I am suprised at how much they are not prepared to date.
No men/women aren't evil as a group, you're just criticizing external factors. Nobody owes you love but when you don't depend on the result (getting a match, a relationship, sex, etc.), you become better because you focus on what you can do. I apply it at everithing I do. Even if I don't get a job (organizations have the right to choose whoever they want), if I am proud of what I have done, that's what matter at the end of the day. And I will greatly increase my chances at finding a new job.
