Reverse gear shift pattern

Does anyone here use a reverse gear shift pattern on their bike (first gear up and the rest down)?

The first geared bike I ever rode was a heavily modified 80cc two-stroke belonging to a relative, and I’ve stuck with that setup ever since. The modification is really simple on (almost) any bike. I’m curious to know what you lot use. Today I rode a mate’s bike with the standard shift pattern and I very nearly made a complete mess of it! xD
