Planning to purchased a used car and I'm wondering if I made the right deal

I don't know if its because of my lack of extensive car knowledge that I'm making a choice I will soon regret... or not, but I really wanted a Honda Civic Sports and found a somewhat decent deal out of my state. Considering Honda prices are jacked up nowadays, I opted to buy a somewhat used car and found a 2024 Honda Civic Sports with 22,000 mileage, clean title, no mechanical problems and it was previously leased. The dealer gave me a $25,900 out the door price. The retail price is about 23,000.

I budgeted myself to only to go about $25k otd, should I have low-balled more?
