Pain in my left abdomen and lower ribs?

Hi everyone,
I used Zepbound 2.5 mg for about 6 months and stopped 4 months ago because I developed severe nausea. I never increased my dose beyond 2.5 mg.
I’m thinking about starting it again, but I’ve noticed an odd pain around my left rib cage (sometimes it feels more like the upper abdomen). It almost feels like the bone hurts, but at the same time it seems like the pain is coming from inside. Today, for the first time, I also noticed a mild burning sensation internally.
I don’t have a fever, I’ve never vomited (not even while I was taking the GLP-1), and otherwise I’m not sure what’s causing it.
I’ve also lost almost 20 kg (44 lbs) over those 6 months, and I have mild scoliosis. It’s not severe, but I wondered if that could be related or point to something.
Has anyone experienced something similar after stopping Zepbound or another GLP-1 medication? If so, did you find out what it was?
