I have an entire band my account won't let me play

For some reason all 30 Seconds to Mars (yes Jared Leto sucks) songs are completely unavailable to my account. My wife's Spotify account can play any of their songs without issue. Spotify support has been zero help and just keep telling me to reinstall the app which of course does nothing. One of the weird things about this is I can download the album as the download button does it's animation but then nothing shows up.
