help with porn addiction

how do i stop my porn addiction? .i can't go a day without porn.i also use it as a reward to myself. even with limited porn use i still have porn cravings. how can i stop this?I've tried running dns filters but it's so easy to turn it off I always come back please. I am desperate for help.please I'm so addicted to porn because it's so addictive.I think I became addicted to porn because reddit required age verification in the EU so I used redgifs (like a porn site + tiktok) as a substitute because they were next to each other in the search recommendations. This post can also be used as a tip for others who have difficulty quitting porn, which is another reason I'm posting this.
