I hate the season of summer/heat

I hate summer with all my heart it is agonising putrid vile utter horrific garbage I hate it with everything I am every day from June to September I have to struggle not to kill myself I cannot cook cause the sight of a knife makes me itch to do it and the sleeping situations I don’t hate cause you don’t sleep you just melt in your own sweat in a stinky bed which you change and clean every night because guess what it’s not gonna get colder it’s just gonna be horrible and you can’t sleep with your duvet on or clothes on but guess what your autistic you can’t deal with that oh and you live in the UK no AC and your paranoid and can’t deal with your windows being open or your doors at night or the day time oh and you can’t focus on Anything cause the heat fries your brain you can’t cook anything because you ll be like 70 degree cause it’s ridiculous oh and all the insects monstrosities every one I despise them
