Study tips for step 2

I have started my Step 2 preparation directly with UWorld. I am also making notes of the concepts I get wrong, the things that are new to me, or topics that are not covered in Step 1 First Aid. Is this the right strategy? I feel that doing UWorld alone, without making some notes, may lead to forgetting important concepts in the long run.
