Children’s movie- animals and chinese chess

Please, help me finding this movie from my childhood.

It was an animation, probably chinese due to the story. Basically, some god or wizard started playing chinese chess against another “bad god/wizard” and the world goes dry. As the drought start to affect the animals a group of animals has to climb a mountain to retrieve the rain.

On the top of this mountain, there is a dragon who guards a gate with some guards. There is some animals face offs until the dragon itself comes to fight - i guess the bear, only to get whooped by the tiger. Afterwards, the animals are sucessful and they need to come back home, when the “god” from the beggining creates a colorful bridge to ease it: the rainbow.

I loved that movie when I was a child, but I never knew the name, and never saw any mention from it on any site.
