I AM UNABLE TO SLEEP

I made very strong coffee (6 gms) by mistake and now k can't sleep, I've already tried laying down and closing my eyes and all but k still cannot sleep. I'm soooo exhausted and tired and yet I'm not feeling any sleep, my body is aching atp.
