Season 5 Finale

Currently watching the finale right now and something hit me...

Marlo is telling Levy that no one other than he, Chris, Monk, Cheese, and the supplier knew anything about their code. But then he tells Cheese to round up as much muscle as he can get to go after Michael because he talked to the cops.

Did it not occur to Marlo (At that point in time knowing what his character knows), that if those were the only people who knew, he had a leak?>!​!<
