Why has there never been a Linkin Park mod or anything similar?

I've been thinking about this for over 4 years. Why aren't there any mods about Linkin Park, Michael Jackson, and others? This has great potential to make a cool mod, but nobody has ever done it.It would be really cool to see a mod paying homage to Linkin Park and Chester, or Michael Jackson and Kurt Cobain.DMCA issues?
