Is this HP Omen deal too good to be true, or am I missing something? is this model reliable?

So this offer is on the official france hp site and the price seems too good to be true.

Intel Core Ultra 9-290HX
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 24GB
32GB DDR5 RAM
1TB SSD
16" OLED display

since i live in switzerland i can reduce the price by 250 if i detax it and so this laptops final price is going to cost me 2600euros . what do you guys think?
