Junior Interior Designer with Good Taste?

I'm looking to hire an interior designer to help with picking some furniture and paint in my living room. We have a lot of art, and like a modern, colorful palette. I want to hire someone hourly or for a smaller budget because we don't have that much to do (maybe 10-15 hours?), and on every website of a designer i like, their project budget begins at 200k. Any thoughts/suggestions on where to find a diamond in the rough?
