Miracle Piano Part Chords

Hi!! I’m a beginner musician trying to arrange Miracle for my friends and I. It seems like a 12 bar blues song in E — but the piano player (Woody?) kicks in about halfway through w/ some chords.

And I was wondering if one of you more savvy musicians could help me figure out what he’s doing!
