A question about the mathematics in Mollywood Times

Ithaanu logic: Say HB make 500Cr last year. Athil 150Cr tax adakkanom. So he makes a low budget movie for 10Cr and shows in paper that it costs 35Cr to make. Now when the movie flops he can declare losses of 35Cr and he needs to pay only 115Cr tax. Net he has 500-10 (making of movie) - 115 = 375 Cr
