Late Surger Skills CM16

I understand that Late Surgers are generally not that great in this sprint CM, but I still want to try my luck in trying to make a crackpot build for Sprint Nature.

Which skills do you consider necessary for surgers besides Pump?

Which card should I borrow? Should I run Guts Tickezo for buffed On Your Left or is Slick Surge enough?
