Keychron K10 HE or something else?

Hi,

I’ve been thinking about getting a full-size Hall Effect keyboard, and the Keychron K10 HE Special Edition really caught my eye. But after looking around a bit, I found a ton of posts about people having issues with Keychron, mostly related to QC and customer support.

Are those complaints enough of a reason to avoid Keychron, or do they just seem more common than they actually are?

If not the K10 HE, what other full-size Hall Effect keyboards would you recommend?
