Is Greg Carlwood related to The Fat Electrician?

I listen to the "Higher side Chats" podcast, I noticed the host Greg Carlwood while watching Danny Jones. I noticed that "The Fat Electrician" AKA Nick looks so much like him they have to either have the same dad or bloodline.

Anyone know?
