Can we talk about Macros?

I am sorry, but the amount of people I see using Macros on PC is genuinely frustrating and nobody is doing anything about it. I see daily Octanes macro hopping around like crazy and you can see them pushing the macro even when you down them... I can get around this because its usually bad players so they push macro but forget to shoot.

But what really grinds my gears currently are Watsons in Wildcard. Like I find it hard to not meet a single one that wouldn't throw 3 fences in my face in every encounter. What is this suppose to be? Is it now legal to just spam macros? And nobody is doing anything about that. I meet certain people there for a month now, blatantly using macros.
