Ending 18 months of ADT/Orgovyx…Or am I? BRCA 2…

So this week I will be wrapping up 18 months of ADT. And I thought I was done. Last week I met with my urologist who recommended that I do a few more months of therapy. His thinking is that with the BRCA 2 gene, that I should do 18 months from when my IMRT ended, not from when I started. I questioned him on this and if he had any studies on a longer term, and he hadn’t. He just said it makes me more susceptible to chemical reoccurrence. I am tolerating it ok. I do have the usual symptoms, and also a bad heart and have had one instance of tachycardia while being on it. 57, was Gleason 7, 4+3. The week I started radiation I was 9.20 PSA. My PSA had tripled in a little over a year prior to starting radiation. Do the two more months or stop? Losing a little sleep over choosing, thanks!
