brow gel recs or advice?

i have been using the rare beauty clear gel for a bit. i loved it at first, but am now finding it get clumpy and flakes very quickly. i know it is one of the highest rated gels, so i may be using too much? my eyebrow hairs fall FAST so i need something strong. i used the anastasia for years but it was always flaky, then switched to benefit, didn’t flake for me but wasn’t strong enough. could there be a better technique for the rare one, or is there something yall recommend more?
