Videos aren't playing. "Selected video format isn't supported" is the error that pops up

Whenever I click on any video to play, it doesn't work and says "selected video format isn't supported". I have clicked on advanced play back settings to change the video format, but nothing seems to work

Anyone have this issue or a fix ?
