Can anyone help me this is the only thing stopping me from going viral

Hello,

I'm having trouble unlocking Intermediate Features on my YouTube channel.

Whenever I try to verify my account, I immediately receive the message:

"You've attempted too many times. Try again later."

At first, I made several attempts, but after seeing this message I stopped trying completely. I waited more than 3 days before attempting again, but the exact same message still appears immediately.

I've already tried:

• Waiting over 72 hours without making any verification attempts.
• Using the same Google account and device.
• Checking YouTube Studio for any updates or additional information.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or if my account has become stuck in a cooldown period. Is there any way this can be reviewed or reset?
