getting CPL with reduced leg strength

i live in Europe working on my PPL and considering going for CPL later. last year i was in a work accident that damaged my knee and while i am making a good recovery i will most likely have a permanent loss of strength in my left leg, but full range of motion. I got a clear medical and have no problem flying the DA40 i am training in, but i don't know if this is something any airline would consider deal breaking
