I don't know how to explain what just happened.

So before I say this, please believe me, I am not crazy.
I am 20 years old, a devout Christian, and currently visiting an Eastern Orthodox church as an Inquirer waiting for my Catechumenate.

I don't believe in aliens, and usually thought others that say they saw ufos are crazy.

I was outside just 15 minutes ago observing the night sky. I saw a satellite, and just tracked it with my eye, suddenly it got darker by like 60% and I thought oh, it's probably leaving the sun's light. Until it literally in a split-second just went down a good full-moon size down and suddenly it was off.

I don't how to explain this phenomena. I am sure it was a satellite at first and tracked it for a good like 7 seconds until suddenly it got instantly darker and then suddenly just snapped downwards in like 0.5 seconds and then it was gone.

What did I just see? I do not believe in aliens but this literally makes me doubt. I am aware that the general Orthodox view is aliens are demons but this just seems very odd to me.
