Did anyone come across any videos on insta where they women missing periods or having double periods in June/July?

I have been back to back seeing these videos on insta where women are saying a lot of women collectively missed their period in June.

For me it I thought I did cuz I stressed a lot last month and it has happened previously that I skipped periods in stress and it comes heavy the next month.

But I am not sure, I thought it could be PCOS but no, not everyone has PCOS.
