Looking for a new main browser (Web Designer, Mac/iOS, needs vertical tabs)

Hey guys,

I’m on an M1 MacBook Air with 24GB of RAM. I’m a web designer and I used Chrome for ages because of a few extensions that are absolute lifesavers for my workflow. Then, when Arc came out, I switched to it full-time. But now that The Browser Company has basically abandoned it (it only gets security patches now), my benchmarks show it’s gotten way slower than other actively updated browsers.

Since dropping Arc, I've been testing Vivaldi and Orion. Orion is hands down my favorite—I even use it as my main browser on iOS—but it’s still way too buggy to be my daily driver (it randomly freezes on certain sites, won't open links in new tabs sometimes, etc.). Vivaldi is more stable, but it suddenly stopped saving my passwords out of nowhere, and having a reliable built-in password manager is a must-have for me.

So, what browser do you recommend for both personal use and web design?

My non-negotiables:

• Vertical tabs: Absolutely essential, can't live without them anymore.
• Goods ecosystem: Needs to work smoothly across Mac and iPhone.
• No Brave: I hate that Ctrl+Tab doesn't show a visual preview of the tabs you're switching between.

Any suggestions?
