Question on Spouse Visa ?

Hi - I have a really strange and difficult situation. I’ve moved to the UK to live with my husband. Long story short, me and my husband are taking a break for the time being. I of course want to look at other options for the visa in case things don’t improve. I’m currently working (my job doesn’t offer visa sponsorship) and I’ve moved my whole life here and don’t have the money to return to my home country if that’s what it comes to.
I feel a bit lost. Is this something that I would talk to a solicitor about ? I just don’t even know where to start as this has obviously very difficult. We’re trying to sort things but I just want to know my options and this subreddit has been so helpful in answering questions, so I was hoping someone might know something.
