Experienced DM looking to Mentor a new GM

I'm Tom I have 15 years experience with Dnd (I've played 15 years, I've been a DM for 11years) back in 2015 my late friend Matt and I made a world and since then he completed 3 campaigns before he passed. I run 2 games that have been going for 2 years now. Before he passed he let me in in a secret that the world had 3 contanents in all 5 games run in the world they've all been run in the continent of Phalira, there us also:

the unnamed Northern Contanent home if the homebrew subrace of Snow elves

Arcadia a large island contanent made from a dead volcano it is vert tropical nearly all jungle

With my experienced i would like to help a new DM get their footing as a DM. This experience will allow you to experience building, running, and making decisions on future Homebrew projects and I intend to help you learn how to keep a balanced and longterm game.
