MDHHS wait for medicaid application?

Can anyone help me figure out what to do? I need medication and have appointments coming up. I did my part and filed out the application on June 4th. I haven't heard anything. No phone call, appointment, letter, nothing. I even tried uploading documents I knew they would ask for online to make the process go faster but apparently can't do that until someone talks to me (whenever they feel like it i guess...)

What do I do? Who can I talk to to make some headway in this? I understand it takes time, but it's been 5 weeks without hearing anything now. I did check that the application was actually received.
