Stupid question: Rounding parents income from "tax return"?

OSAP doesn't accepts decimals for the "Parent info" section,

So I should round numbers up (if they are greater than .5), right?

For example:

Line 3080 is: $1361.25 (is unacceptable)

So it should be $1361 (for osap)?
