EU Team "0T Esports" Looking for 2 players for grind!
Region: EU (Europe)
ELO / FACEIT Level: Around 10,000 - 20,000 Premier points / FACEIT Level 5-8. Availability: Exact schedule will be coordinated with the team.
Goals: Building a structured, long-term team to escape the solo queue grind, climb the Premier (later FACEIT) ranks, and eventually participate in online tournaments.
Experience: I have thousands of hours of individual playtime. I have previous experience playing in amateur teams in CS:GO, so I understand team dynamics and utility usage. I'm looking for something more serious and structured now. Languages: English (Good communication and zero toxicity is a mandatory requirement).
