Lost according, Microsoft claim account isnt compromised, but wont let me log in

I got hacked back in like april? Maybe May. And my microscoft account 2fa had its email changed, so naturally i assumed it'd be the same for my xbox account...

About a week ago i tried to recover my xbox account, since despite none of my friends being able to find it, whenever i turned on my xbox i could still SEE the account and its namertag. So i did the support thing, i filled out the answer. Turns out my xbox account is still linked to MY email, and "isn't compromised" (Microscoft's words not mine).

So i obviously tried logging in with my email, but when i did? I got a whole different account that ISN'T mine. It's obviously a brand new account too, not my old one that had been renamed or something.

So somehow, ive got two xbox accounts on ONE email according to microscoft's logic??

I've honestly just given up, I'm wasting energy trying to get anything back
