Passed 2nd attempt!
Hi everyone! I am happy to say that I have passed the NAPLEX on my second attempt🙌🏼 I tested the first time with minimal preparation because I was a 4.0 student in school and thought it would be a breeze. Also wanted to knock it out before starting residency. Turns out that was a mistake. But here is a list of the resources I used that helped get me across the finish line (please note I am not endorsing any of these companies/resources, this is just what I used).
-UWorld RXPrep (full access package)
-Top 300 flash cards
-NABP Pre-NAPLEX
-HighPrep Tutoring 2-day webinar & 1 private tutoring session
-PNN Question bank
Definitely do not sleep on calculations and ethics, these are 2 areas I was rusty on the first time I tested, and think those are the areas that made the difference. Top 300 daily is a good way to keep your mind jumping around to a bunch of different areas. Definitely take the practice tests and work through as much of UWorld as you can. If you are overwhelmed by the amount of content, the HighPrep webinar gave me a good roadmap of how to study efficiently. Don’t be afraid to meet with a tutor or speak to a NAPLEX expert. Studying during residency is a bitch, and you need to allocate your time as efficiently as possible. Also don’t be afraid to bump your test date back if you aren’t ready or if your practice test scores aren’t good. Hope this helps someone out there🙌🏼
