Need good plugins

i’m trying to do a flip on an olivia rodrigo song, sort of a grunge euphoric flip i want to do, but i don’t have any good plugins for vocal filters and i just can’t get the right sound for the best either. if anybody has any good recommendations or want to help out im paying $100 if anybody wants to commission one. anything helps!
