Regretting rejecting offer should I contact HR again!

Hi everyone, I am an experienced hire & got an offer from Accenture but location was not my preferred even though HR said they would give revised OL with my preferred location

After many mails,calls they never sent me a revised offer letter & asked me to join at the same location on DOJ.i rejected it & my status is candidate rejected.This happened a week back.

I now feel like I should have taken it,can I go back to them & ask.Has anyone done this before.Any advice is appreciated
