Starting my Reta journey!!

Hello!! just wanna say I’m excited to be in this journey of taking reta. I am currently 145lbs and 5’0. I’ve been stuck around 135-145lbs for almost a decade now. I want to make a change and I aim to drop to 130, and then lower, if I can.

Taking 0.5mL from a 10mg vial reconstituted to 1mL.
I appreciate any tips and help!! Fighting!! ❤️
