Refrigerator Clean out

Tenants left an old fridge in the garage with food items left in it.
From what I’m told, it’s 5-6 years that it’s been sitting in a SW FL garage with duct tape wrapped around it.
I’m really hoping someone can tell me what I’m gonna be looking at when I crack this open to clean it out for pickup. Thanks y’all ✌️
