Got told I have good back genetics (natural V-taper / symmetry) without lifting. Is this actually rare or pretty common?(Only for M)
Hey everyone,
I’m trying to get an honest, objective reality check on my baseline genetics. I haven't done any serious gym or weight training, so this is just my natural structure.
Someone recently evaluated my back and told me that my frame is actually pretty rare for someone who doesn't lift. They pointed out a natural V-taper (wide shoulder-to-waist ratio), very low body fat on the back with natural definition, and exceptionally straight alignment/symmetry.
Since I'm not posting photos for privacy reasons, I wanted to ask the community text-wise:
For guys who don't workout, how common is it to naturally have a distinct V-shape and high symmetry rather than a standard "blocky" or linear torso? Did I actually luck out with a top-tier starting point, or is this pretty standard?
