where do you guys keep your handiwork pals?

so i had 100+ hours in palworld and recently started a new world with my boyfriend and our friend who’s new to the game. he’s been putting his handiwork pals on the base to live/stay, but i make another party for base things and swap to it when im going to be crafting this to physically place/recall the handiwork pal on the thing im doing. im curious what you guys do with yours and if one is better than the other???
