Spectator Split/Eye Screen Disable, and VR Centering?
I've been Googling and asking AI, but I can't seem to find the answer to this. I know I can use the SteamVR "display vr view" but windows hates the window focus switch so whenever I want to do something the game it requires mouse focus and I'm unable to leave it open for my spectator friends and also select options and menus in the game.
However, (using 0.8 which is MASSIVELY better in performance for my Bigscreen Beyond 2 and the 4090 powering it), it is always splitting the ACE Spectator view into 2 (one for each eye I assume). I'm able to get the steam VR into single eye, but I can find no such way to do that for the ACE spectator view.
If i try and open the vr.videosettings it appears to be non-text and is garbled with weird ASCII using notepad?
I'm pretty techy, but I'm getting a bit frustrated at just wanting to have race nights with friends and use VR for the driver and have the others spectate on the monitor. Alas, we keep going back to ACC.
Has anyone solved this? All the searching I've done seems to either be old, or insist its a DLSS problem, which I've tried turning off and using different settings but doesn't fix the issue (nor do I think thats the cause). If there is a way to fix this, I'd be grateful!
